A few weeks ago, I received an email from Lindsey about taking a few pictures of their family. Their youngest, Lincoln, had just turned one, and they were expecting a little girl in just a few short weeks! I couldn’t wait to do my first SNOW session here in Spokane with them, but as the days neared to shoot day, the temperatures kept dropping and then I got a little nervous! I had never done a shoot in freezing temperatures, not to mention the fact they were bringing their two little guys! Thankfully, the Darty family had also moved from California to Spokane so I felt like we were on the same “this is cold” boat for the afternoon!

\nYou guys, their little guys were SUCH troopers in the snow!!! Not to mention the fact that their little rosey cheeks + noses were secretly just the sweetest things!!! We had a few ‘get warm’ breaks and one fall on the ice on my end, so needless to say, this shoot was VERY adventurous!!! But I am so thankful I got to meet + capture this sweet family together in Spokane, and am especially excited to meet their sweet baby GIRL who arrived just last week!!!
